Review content:
We went on 7/24 with out of town guests. We were seated and then ignored (even by the water server) for over 15 minutes. Then he wandered over and poured one glass of water. We asked him if he could get a server. He looked panicked and ran away. The hostess then stopped by and said, ""you know, you're at that point of the night where servers switch over."" Then she walked off! No offer to get our drink order or anything! Then she began to carry on a personal conversation at the hostess stand, two feet away from us! A hostess is there to coordinate, at the very least she should have offered her assistance rather than a snotty explanation. We will NEVER go there again! We left immediately (well after 20 minutes of not being addressed) and went to the Mexican place down the street. What a disapointment!
