Dr. Lin and his staff are excellent in every way. Dr. Lin is professional and caring: he has a wonderful bedside manner, he always treated us as if we were his only patients, he was solicitous of our needs, and he took care of any problems quickly. It was easy for me to book an appointment, whereas it took three weeks or more with other equally popular IVF doctors. He even gave us his cell number for emergencies which is unheard of. Best of all, we now have boy/girl twins who are happy, healthy, and thriving. After three years of trying several attempts with other doctors and multiple expensive failures, our cycle with Dr. Lin went by quickly and successfully. Not only is he kind but also skilled.
