I was rear ended today in Arlington, TX and an AMR crew transported me to the hospital. One of the EMT's was making comments during transport that I wasn't really hurt and must be faking it. He kept making inappropriate comments regarding my partner as well. He was Hispanic with several visible tattoos and I think his name was Jessie. Another EMT was with us and witnessed the entire ordeal. I feel as though he should not be transporting patients and I am fearful as to how far his inappropriate innuendo may go with another patient who may be scared to voice their concern. AMR is a private company with a contract to transport patients in Arlington. Do you want your tax dollars going towards a guy like this when so many deserving people are out of work? You can email them to voice your opinion. Would you want someone you love or yourself to be treated this way if they were injured?
