Review content:
The neighborhood is awful, management is worse. If you have something that needs repairing, don't count on it being done in the next week. After moving out, they apparently had to clean and the first notice we got about needing to pay them for the cleaning was a notice that we were being sued for the amount we owed plus interest. They had our forwarding address and we had changed our address through the post office, so it's not like they didn't have a way of letting us know. We had also thoroughly cleaned the apartment to the state it was in when we moved in, and we also had a credit because we moved out halfway through the month and they claim that even that didn't cover the cleaning costs.
Pros: Very close to a grocery store
Cons: Bad neighborhood-parties; incompetent management; poor maintenance; high crime rate neighborhood; inconsistent trash pick up; inconsistent landscaping; horrible snow/ice removal
