Review content:
I bought tires at this location after getting a quote online. They ended up charging me $550 for what was quoted at $350. They didn't include the 25% off promotion that I selected and charged me an extra $60 for hazard protection without asking if I wanted it. They ended up crediting me the difference after I came back and complained after looking over the receipt but the total bill was still significantly higher than the quote because of a number of unquoted charges and vague language on the website. On the plus side, the tires and installation seems fine. Still, I definitely won't be coming back. Prices are not as advertised and certain of the staff (I think his name was Sam) tried to convince me that I was wrong when I was obviously overcharged. There are plenty of alternatives in Fairview, this place is not worth the headache.
Pros: convenience
Cons: misrepresented price, overcharged, argumentative staff
