Review content:
I used to train there when i was around 10 years old. I am now 20. I have leased their horses and have known many people who have moved out due to the lack of care for their boarders. I bought my third horse and boarded him there for a year. I always hated visiting him because you always feel like you are walking on egg shells. April the owner, takes pride in gossiping about boarders, so much that she will do so when she thinks you aren't around. I never had issues with anyone there. Came to see my horse and that's it, i was always very welcoming. People at that barn are not trustworthy. I remember when i would ride in their arena and one person out of their gossiping group absolutely had to watch and try to tell me what to do with my horse. The only time it was peaceful was when that whole group decided to go camping or vacation. I was the youngest independent boarder there, and when i would address an issue to April she would talk to me as if i didn't matter, that i didn't pay her 550 a month to keep my horse there safely. For that much she should have been giving my horse swimming lessons with her immature nature. The last day i was there, i came to see my horse and saw that his forelock was cut straight across and he had a gash on his face from scissors. I confronted her and she completely didn't care. Told me that know one was going into this stall. Of course not, it just magically happened then. Told me that i wasn't an adult and eventually as a professional, she hung up during our conversation. So i figured, this is happening while we were on ""good terms"", i wonder what will happen to my horse now. So couple hours later i hauled him out of there. Moved to a nice place, cheaper and gossip free near Half Moon Bay. I have met around 15 people who have moved out of Park Pacifica Stables due to April's unprofessional behavior.
