Everything is OK until you move out. We lived in the property on Dana Street for 3 years. Upon moving out they charged us $430 for items that were not listed on the exit inspection. We also had an issue while staying there with the gardner using out water to service common areas and other peoples property. At one point our water bill quadrupled from the misuse of water and the automatic sprinklers being set improperly. To the gardeners credit he reimbursed us for the expense. The owner never returned out calls regarding the matter.
