Review content:
We had been regular customers of Majors since they opened dining with them at least once a month. The operative words here are ""had been"" as unfortunately this relationship ended with our last visit due to a boorish lout of a server. This young punk decided he didn't like us and therefore decided to ignore us. The manager rather than stepping in and taking charge had to finish taking our order and bus people served our meal while this wonderful example of Majors employment proceeded to pass us without so much as a glance, making dinner a long uncomfortable experience. To make matters worse I took the time to write a letter to Majors which they proceeded to ignore. I guess the loss of 4 diners is of no importance to Majors. Unfortunately, since I own a local retail store I speak to thousands of people yearly and Majors does come into my stories. To throw away customers like this is just stupid. I'm glad that Majors is so successful that they don't need good recommendations anymore. In any case, we will no longer be dining there.............
Pros: Food is decent at a decent price
Cons: Servers should be taught common courtesies
