Review content:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not an honest company. You get what you pay for. They do not use a real insurance company, they self insure, if you decide to take out insurance. Of course they do not tell you that. So if you file a claim, their incentive is to pay out as LITTLE as possible. Needless to say, when you file a claim for damage, they offer you a token hoping you will go away. They also stall long enough hoping you won't contact the Texas Department of Transportation for mediation. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Use a BIG WELL KNOWN COMPANY, make sure they DON'T self insure, video the entire process AND take your own pictures, have witnesses around that can testify on your behalf if you need to go to mediation. Cons: They self insure instead of using a real insurance company
