Ive never been teated so poorly by anyone ever, no one knows how to do thier job right and the staff are the most rudest people Ive ever met I was trying to papers filld out for my daughter so she can start school and I asked if she needed a check up or shots and they told me no so when I came in to get the papers filled out they told me that she needed a check up and I said well you guys didn't tell me that over the phone and they just said someoe misinformed you... so then i asked if they could see her right then because she needs to start school an you guys gave me the wrong info so they just laughed at me and said they were all on thier break an couldnt even eat bc they were so busy.. so i made an appointment for monday and so I go all the way back out there bc it is very far from my house and they used to be closer until they changed locations.. so I get there an then my daughter was about to get her check up and the nurse asks if i changed my insurance and i said no so she says well we cant see your daughter today bc your insurance is cut off and I had no idea it was or i wouldnt have wasted my time going all the way to my daughters Dr... and then th nurse says someone should have told you on friday when you were here not to mention I called her Dr before i came in so they could have told me over the phone so obvoulsy I was upset with this news so i justsaid this is rediculous and the nurse instantly got an attitude with me and belittling me and saying it was my fault and my responsibility to know about the status of her insurance.. yes I understand that is my responibility to know that but I didnt bc my insurance company never called or sent me a letter informing me.. BUT there is no need to treat me in any kind of rude or belittling manor at all thats just unexceptable and they new that my daughter didn't have insurance anymore so they made me drive all the way out there for no reason and wasted my time and was completely rude an unprofessional!!!! I will never take my daughter or any future children of mine to this place ever again and I strongly urge everyone to not take thier kids to this unprofessional doctors office the staff is just horrible and need to quit thier jobs bc they obvously hate it and dont know how to treat people with respect and everytime I call them to make an appointment or ask a question they are so rude over the phone I use to hate calling them bc they are so grouchy and not people friendly at all! This is by far the wrost doctors office ever!
