I HAVE BEEN USING REED'S PHOTO FOR AGES (NEW AND OLD SHOPS, EAST HAMPTON AND AMAGANSETT) AND HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM. THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE OWNER IS A TRUE GENTLEMAN AND IS ALWAYS VERY VERY HELPFUL AND NICE AS ARE THE OTHER EMPLOYEES. THIS GUY WHO LEFT THE BAD FEEDBACK PROBABLY WENT IN THERE ACTING LIKE A POMPOUS A-HOLE WITH AN ATTITUDE TRYING TO CON THEM INTO BUYING HIS CRAPPY STOLEN CAMERAS. I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN CAMERA STORES. THIS ISN'T A PAWN SHOP YOU FREAK, IT'S A LEGIT CAMERA STORE WITH EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE'S. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAMERA SHOP FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS. LET THE LOSERS GO TO THE LOCAL PAWN SHOP. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK REED'S!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!!
