My Fuel Pump went out. Had towed to CT&A. I told them I thought it was a bad fuel pump. Assuming they would check that first~ They wanted to charge me 133.50 to verify it was a bad fuel pump. this is 1.5 Hours @89.00/Hr. When I complained that I thought 1.5 hours was too long to determine that it was a bad fuel pump. They said """"That is what you signed up for"". then I was told the fuel pump was THE LAST(!) thing they checked! even after I told them I THOUGHT IT WAS A BAD FUEL PUMP. Another person within ear shot of the phone agreed to knock down the price to 89.00(1 hour) BEWARE this shop starts the estimate at 133.50 before they do anything at all~ If the diagnosis takes less time than 1.5 hours, they still want to charge you for 1.5 hours. Really I feel most likely took 1/2 hour or less.I submitted a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I think Joe S. review is closer to the truth about this shop. An Awful Experience.
