THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMLEX THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY LIVE AT. THEY ARE RUDE & DON'T WORK VERY WELL W/YOU. ME BEING A SINGEL MOM ITS TOUGH TO MAKE ENDS MEET. THEY THINK BECAUSE THEY GO OFF OF YOUR INCOME THAT THEIR ENTITELED TO TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. NOT ONLY IS THE OFFICE MANAGER RUDE & OBNOXIOUS SO IS FLYNN MANAGEMENT. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS & THE RECEPTIONIST THERE WAS VERY RUDE & HUNG UP ON ME. SO I TRYED AGAIN & THEN ANOTHER LADY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY COULDN'T HELP ME & I WAS TO DEAL W/THE MANAGER OF THE BUILDINGS. WELL IF NO ONE CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS THAN WHO CAN...NOT THE MANAGER NOR THE STAFF AT FLYNN MANAGEMENT. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS & THE REASON FOR ME LEAVING THE APARTMENT & OTHERS LEAVING OAKBROOK VILLAS IS SIMPLE...""TREAT OHTERS AS YOU'D WANT TO BE TREATED"" WITH OUT RENTERS FLYNN MANAGEMENT WOULDN'T GET PAID & WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO AFFORD THEIR RUDE STAFF!!! SO SUGGESTIONS TO ALL ...THINK TWICE ABOUT LIVING THERE BECAUSE YOUR EXPIERENCE WILL BE HELL FROM THE MOMENT YOU SIGN THAT YEAR LEASE. THANK GOD I;M FINALLY OUT OF THAT HELL HOLE W/ THEIR EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. PERHAPS THEY SHOULD WONDER WHY THEY AREN'T GETTING ENOUGH BUSINESS...HERES A THOUGHT...MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR OFFICE MANAGER & TAKE YOUR STAFF BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL!!!
