This office is a hole in the wall in a run down building. Dr. ""will"" and his staff are terrible and could not help with my legitimate pain. They were very unprofessional and rude and Dr. Will hurt me on many occasions. When i tried getting him to change how he treated me, he was rude and unwilling simply saying 'Im the doctor'. After care was done, i had to go down the street to their competition and get treated properly. When it came time to settle my case and deal with the insurance company, I was informed that Dr. Will mis-treated me (which i already knew) and they are being sued for MILLIONS of dollars for insurance fraud by Allstate (google it yourself) and other illegal activities. Not to mention my attorney informed me by treating at Shaker Square Chiropractic, i de-valued my case by over 50% and made his job alot harder because of their terrible reputation.
I got bad care, i was treated for apparently too long and they ended up taking almost all of the possible settlement, even threatening to make me pay out of pocket for all services. When compared to my car accident 3 years ago where i saw a real chiropractor and got proper care, i was mistreated in many ways.
In my other accident, i had less damage done to my car and less medical bills and ended up walking away with much more, not to mention i got better!. This time around, i was forced into treatment for longer, did not get better AND at the end of the day they took all my money.
STAY AWAY! do yourself a favor and go down the street! You'll get real care there and you wont get screwed!
