My sister and her husband and I took my mom here at her request for a pre Mother's day Dinner. We had reservations at 5pm when we arrived we were the only people in the dining room. The service is horrible it took 15 minutes for them to just take a drink order and then another 15 minutes to get our drinks, (and no the bar was slow too with only about 5 people sitting outside). Then another 10 minutes to take our food orders. I ordered the Grigliata Mista di Carne one of the most expensive items on the menu, everyone else ordered pizzas. My meal was mediocre at best, my sister ordered a pepperoni pizza and what she received was a pizza soaked in a plate of grease the only part of the pizza she was able to eat was the portion that sat on the rim of the plate that wasn?t soaked in grease, even I was disgusted! The other pizza?s were not much better. We gave up trying to get the waiter, we had to ask everything twice as he couldn?t remember anything. We even asked for the bill twice and waited an hour and we finally gave up got up to leave and when we passed by the bar they stated they were working on the bill. Which after a few more minutes we received and were appalled to discover they had added several drinks to the bill that we didn?t order, hell the waiter never came back to the table for use to order any additional drinks. Evidently the manager or the like passed and noted our unhappiness though he as pretty arrogant and said that he will comp us the drinks to try and make it up to us and told the waiter to remove the drinks from the bill. Then the waiter changed the bill and gave it back to us (we were still standing in the bar just wanting to leave and forget the experience), the bill we received that should have shown the drinks removed was still wrong the waiter only removed the drinks we didn?t order! By then it had been 2 and a half hours later and we could get out of there soon enough, we paid the bill and left. We went to another restaurant in Santa Clarita and ordered appetizers and drinks just trying to make the best of the horrible experience.
Seriously this restaurant needs to go out of business everything about it is bad the women?s restroom was disgusting according to my sister and Mom. The dining room has spider webs covered in dirt hanging from the ceiling everywhere you turn, plates on the tables had crumbs lying on them. Really I have eaten in hole in the wall restaurants in third world countries that put this place to shame both in the quality of the food and the especially the service.
Cons: Everything!
