Review content:
My boarding experience at Anvil Acres has been an overall positive one. Both barns are always maintained, pastors are always mowed, decent selection of jumps for lessons. The barn owner Mary Ellen is very knowledgeable in and around horses. She can always give out good advice, despite her ""hard exterior"" towards younger children. The people for the most part are good, despite the usual barn gossip that you would find in any barn. Patty the hunter jumper/jumper trainer is really experienced, as she is a judge in A shows. Lessons are great with Patty jumping 2'3- 2-6'', the only downfall is many people currently are not doing the more advanced (3 foot and up) jumping. Anvil does have a front ring, dressage ring, as well as ""jumping field"" to take lessons and ride in. The only down fall is that the front ring and dressage ring, between rain gets rather on the deep side. I would recommended Anvil Acres as a boarding facility for your horse, as well as lessons; as it is nicer than most local barns you would find in Pinellas Park.
Pros: Good maintained facility
Cons: ....Pricey
