Review content:
Akins Ford of Winder are easily the worst auto dealer I have ever experienced. Almost without exception every time I go there there is an issue. It's convenient for me to order parts which should be a simple exercise. Sadly it is always a headache from being ignored when I walk in to routinely ordering the wrong parts. Today I wanted a price estimate for an easy job on an E350 van. The service manager clearly had no idea what was involved even though I had the part in my hand, and it is a common replacement part on these vans. Utterly useless person working for an utterly useless company. ZERO STARS and after todays experience the last time I will set foot in that place.
