The staff is rude and slow. I went there with my fiance. We ordered 1 appetizer and each of us got a bento box lunch. Despite the restaurant being only about half full, we had to inquire several times when our food would be served. After waiting an hour and a half for our lunch entrees to come out, we informed the waitress that we wanted to cancel our order because it was taking too long and we had to leave. An hour and a half for two bento box lunches is ridiculous by any standards. So the waitress gets highly annoyed at us and tells us that it was our fault because we ordered too much food. EXCUSE ME???? One appetizer and two lunch entrees..... They could not get that out in an hour and a half??? And then had the nerve to blame it on us??? We will NEVER eat there again. We got up, paid for what we ate, and walked away. We recommend going to OZEKI which is in the same shopping center. The food and service there are top notch. Avoid ORIGAMI at all costs!!!
