Review content:
These are glib untrustworthy people who when faced with how they have DELIBERATELY installed a cheap, bad after market battery on a brand new bike could care less. No apology whatever for all the aggravation of paying thousands of dollars for a brand new bike that constantly wouldn't start and the expense and aggravation incurred taking the bike to another dealership over 30 miles away. They even tried to tell me it wasn't their fault. I was told by another local Suzuki dealer that I was not the only victim of this kind of don't give the customer what they paid for and let them find out later attitude. Also if you go back to complain about a legitimate warranty issue and they don't properly process a legitimate warranty claim with Suzuki and then if you go to a trustworthy dealership Suzuki will automatically deny any legitimate claim for the same issue. Other local dealerships told me this has happened recently to several very upset customers from Bartow Suzuki who came to them to get a warranty issue sorted out after poor customer service at Bartow Suzuki. Also their charge for the standard 600 mile service on a GZ 250 is $300 - which is more than DOUBLE that local Suzuki dealers for the exact same service. Buying an expensive motorcycle is largely based on trust and how can you trust these people to prep and install a new factory battery properly. I now have to pay for a brand new battery on an almost new bike from another dealer because that's the ONLY way I know it will be installed properly. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Cons: you don't get what you paid for, they don't care at all
