My husband and I had an awful experience at the Plano, TX location on my birthday. A roach yes I said it and I mean it ran across our table close to the end of our meal. I actually thought it fell in my purse. We were disgusted. I think the manager thought we were trying to get a free meal. He comp. Our appetizers. We were glad to pay and my husband who is in the food industry offered the manager his card to follow up. The manager never did. We will never eat there again.
