Review content:
When I first arrived at the office, the front office staff were pretty courteous and quick in handling my paperwork. But when I get in the chair to get my cleaning done, the hygienist was ROUGH. my gums hurt for days. She claimed that I was bleeding really bad but considering how rough she was, I can't discount her harsh handling. I""ve been with other RDHs and they had a much smoother and gentler touch than this one. Although she did try to make small talk, I felt like she was rushing so she can finish up, pack me off and push me out so she can get to the next patient. Her cell phone kept on going off too during my visit. I don't think that's very professional. Then when I mentioned I was considering changing out my silver fillings, I had to wait half an hour for the doctor spend less than 5 minutes with me to tell me that ""yes their office could do that procedure"". What really finally pushed me off the edge was that the dr told me to sit and wait. I waited for 25 minutes and no one showed up. I had a meeting to go to and when I walked to the front desk, the girl that's supposed to handle billing was busy chattng it up with some guy and opening up junk mail, while some of the staff was eating lunch. It was pretty annoying. They have some interesting technology there with the moniters and xrays, but the office is kind of shabby looking and very cramped. When my husband went in, they told him he needed all this work done, like as simple as changing a filling for $900 per tooth. I've gone to other places where its been less than $200. They obvious care more about billable work than their patients.
Pros: plenty of parking
Cons: Overall patient care, poor to nonexistent billing and insurance explanations
