y friend and I had our eyeliner & eyebrows tattooed by 'HELEN LEE,' at ETCH SALON.
She guaranteed that we could come back during a 6-month period to re-touch, darken or thicken our eyeliner or eyebrows.
About 4 l/2 months into it, my friend tried to contact her to schedule an appointment, and she deliberately gave her a date/time when my friend was scheduled to WORK. My friend left voice & text messages to notify her of this error & to re-schedule, but HELEN LEE never called her back! NEVER, over the next month & a half.
She wouldn't return my calls or texts, either so I went to ETCH SALON to confront her: She said: 1) she no longer gives clients a 6-month window to re-do or touch-up (only 3-months, now)
2) she's too busy to schedule our touch-ups 3) she wanted to charge $35 to touch-up and 4) she never called me back to schedule an appointment. Bottom Line: She blew us off even before the 6 months had passed, and wouldn't honor her commitment. It became clear that all along, she intended to ""stiff us"" by ignoring our calls & texts. Basically, Helen Lee is a liar and a cheat. She is unethical and unscrupulous and I would NOT recommend her to any other clients.
