Review content:
I've recently moved to Hawaii about 7 months ago. Being a Vietnamese person from Jersey, I know what good pho tastes like. I've tried almost every pho place on this island, & this restaurant has the best pho I've tried so far. I've went here countless times. However, there won't be a next time. I ordered pho & the first thing that alerted me was the basil that came with it. There were strange seeds all over them that that had red substance all over it (It looked exactly like blood). I then waited for my pho. About half way through my pho, I found a small strand of hair. I was a little disappointed. I started to lose my appetite & decided to ""play"" with my food & look around inside the bowl of pho. I later found ANOTHER strand of hair. Next thing you know, I found a long fiber of what seems to be from the scrubbing side of a sponge attached to my chopstick. I was then extremely angry. I knew for a fact that the things I found in my bowl was definitely from the kitchen, because their chopsticks are packaged & there was no way it could have ""already"" been on there. I always check my utensils before eating. I alerted this to the waiter & he took it back to the kitchen & subtracted it from my check. If this was in Jersey, I would have definitely took legal actions. The food is good, but if you want to take a gamble & eat there - You might be a very lucky winner with some hair & scrubbing sponge strands in your food.
