As owner of Christal K-9, Inc., I would like to point out that there is a grooming business by the same name and identical spelling in a nearby city. The negative review by Matt M. was written by an individual who has never been in our facility. He unfortunately, had a very negative experience at a business by the same name in a different city. We have tried, repeatedly, to contact the host of this web site to correct this situation, to no avail. We are very sorry that Matt M. had such an awful experience when getting his dog groomed and hope that people who read his post understand that his review was intended for another business. We would like to point out that our listing on this web site was totally unsolicited. It appears that we were listed on this site for at least 2 years before we were aware of the existence of this site.
