I would NEVER recommend using this company! They ruined my nephew's 5th birthday. We made a reservation with them 2 weeks prior to the event and when the night of the party came, they never showed up. We called them an hour after the expected delivery time and we were told that they had lost our paperwork! (Mind you, our credit card information was on this paperwork that has now been misplaced.) They told us they would send somebody over but it would not be the boucy house that we had origanally ordered and that it would take about 30 minutes. They then had the audacity to ask if we had cash so we could pay them upon delivery! Unhappy with what had gone on, we called back to ask if there would be a discount condsidering they were over an hour and a half late, our paperwork was lost, and it was not the bouncy house we ordered. The woman on the phone was extremely unpleasant and unwilling to give us any sort of flexibility with the price, then actually hung up on him. She then proceeded to call the person delivering the new bouncy house and told him NOT TO COME AT ALL. When we called back because nobody had shown up, she actually told me that she ""does not want to deal with us"" and told me that ""my dad is a jerk."" My dad is a jerk for asking for a small discount because they screwed up in the first place? The woman told me she would call the person delivering it and see where he was but the bouncy house was never delivered and she ignored all of calls after that. They ruined a 5 year old's birthday party because my father simply asked if they could give us a break on the price considering they did not hold up on their end of the deal. These people must not have children to understand how disappointed a 5 year old is when something like this happens. These people were unorganized, irresponsible, rude, and unprofessional. I would advise anyone to use another company, one that actually considers customer service and the feelings of those involved. I wuold not rate this company with even one star, nothing about this experience was positive.
