Review content:
Enrolled our five month old standard poodle in ""Perfect pet program"". This buys you day care and basic commands, many of which I don't use or need. The mantra here is ""stay is implied"", ""entrapment is legal"", ""1.3 seconds to correct or praise"". Not sure how much of the 7-8 hours per day my dog actually spent in training. What I do know is that he was treated for conjunctivitis after week one and two days after his ""training"" was complete he was treated yet again for conjunctivitis and kennel cough. The vet said despite my dog's immunizations his puppy immune system was likely not ready for what Petropolis had to offer. I would never, ever return to Petropolis. Dogs are encouraged to lick food off the floor for 'leave it' training and share a community bone for 'drop' training. $1,350 was just the beginning of my expenditures having been to the vet's office three times, purchased two rounds of eye ointment, one round of antibiotics and more importantly having to watch my trusting puppy suffer from yellow/green nasal discharge, a horrid cough, difficulty breathing, lethargy and no appetite. Thanks Petropolis. You really outdid yourself. Readers be warned!
