Recently had Woodock send someone over to my house to fix my water heater system. When he was done after about an hr I was left with a bill of $200, shortly after he left my water heater turned off again. i called the company and was told to order a part for the heater and that i would be fully charged for there service again because what he had done was a ""diagnosis"". i had another professional come and look at the heater and was told that the heater had a completely different problem then what woodcock employee had diagnosed. Also by the way he talked on the phone for over 30 minutes and the time it took him to get to my house is charged as well! completely ridiculous...
