Review content:
This company is unprofessional. They aren't qualified to be managing condominiums. This owner has showed such blatant waste and inefficiency it's a disgrace, however monthly fee keeps going up, and they do less and less around our complex. A complex that they are running into the ground. Additionally, they arbitrarily tow owner's cars on private property (owned by those that pay their salary) without a court order, also without regard to By Law's stating 30 day grace period on temporarily registered or non-registered owner's vehicles. Horrible company. They take the liberty of stealing owners personal property too. Included in confiscated items, are devices of medical necessity needed to make life easier for handicapped residents.. Pathetic company. What kind of company throw's away a dying mans walker ? Advanced does. Cons: They manage autocratic showing blatant disregard for owners and law
