My husband and I have visited The Melting Pot several times in several states, and have always loved our experience. Unfortunately, the Hayden Road location has ruined our love for this restaurant. I have never in my life received such bad service and the food was a total dissapointment. Compared to past Melting Pot visits, the Scottsdale location has the least amount of food portions. We paid over $80 for a couples dinner and received about $30 worth of food. We waited for 45 minutes between our salad and entree. To top things off, the management was notified of how badly things were for us, and although they were willing to comp our meal--they sent us home with their apologies and a dessert that was FROZEN!! Our 1st wedding anniversary was ruined--thanks to the Melting Pot.
