First, I must say this may be a very nice salon for regular hair service. My issue is with their semi-permenent hair pieces. I purchased two hair pieces from this salon and went to them for maintenance every 4 weeks for about 7-8 months. Every single maintenance appointment had a different cost although the same thing was done each time. Each time I asked for a breakdown and tried to be specific the next time when I made my appointment (so I would at least know how much it would cost). Plus their prices are extremely high compared to other salons with similar services. The owner seemed very nice at first but when I tried to talk to her about the costs, her attitude and demeanor changed very quickly. Overall a very disappointing experience.
