I've been frequenting Mama Tai since I moved to Oak Park 4 years ago. So far everyone from out of town I've taken there has asked if they could go back. There is nice atmosphere, the food has been flavorful, and the portions healthy. I've always been satisfied with their food. They may not be the absolute best, but it is pretty darn good.
Pros: Generous dishes, affordability, nice atmosphere
Cons: Can get a little full during busy times
