Review content:
This place has the worst ""customer service"" to put it litely, that I have encountered in my life as a ""disabled person"". I have been waiting two months now for a walker with a seat, in the mean time getting fatter and fatter from no exercise. I went into the office after the first month and was told my file was still sitting there and nothing had been done. It wasn't even submitted to medi-cal yet. She asked me if I would trust them to re-submit it. After considerable thinking I agreed to try this again. Today after another month of waiting I'm told that the prescription had asked for the wrong item. They should have called me to tell me this. Instead they faxed the Dr. She said that it wouldn't make a difference. I have had many appts. since first taking the rx in there. I could have gotten it back to them by now. She actually told me "" that's the problem with ""people like you"" we try to help but we don't appreciate it. I told her to forget it, I will take my Rx someplace else. And hung up. I don't know what she meant by ""people like you"" but I'm almost sure it wasn't anything nice. Unless you enjoy the run around game don't go there, I know I never will again.
Pros: convience
Cons: too many to list.
