Good atmosphere, lots of different people go to this gym, older people, mums and dads to trainers. It quieter in the evenings which is nice as I d not like it when its busy - personal preference. Friendly staff, really helpful. I joined on a promotion so low fees was really happy about that. They have these alot. Got a free gift for bringing a friend. Lots of money off at local business when you are a member. Good all round gym.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, Reasonable prices, daycare
Cons: not 24hrs, no pool
