I have been coming here for years. However, the waits are agonizing. Hardly any room to move in the lobby once you are waiting. Hostesses almost too busy to care about anyone except paperwork in front of them. If you do come in contact with the hostesses, ask for ""Rose."" She is the only one that actually communicates with the customers that come in. Great service usually from our waiter. Our waiters are always prompt and friendly. ""Christian"" is our favorite waiter. Maybe a few slight mess-ups here and there, but overall great service. Managers stop by tables to briefly speak to customers which is nice. Floors are always slippery. My wife nearly fell flat on her face while getting up from our table. Overall, great place to go with our kids. No kids menu though- be aware..we were told that there was no kid's menu after the fact we sat down and our 5 year old was handed a regular menu. Overall good place.
Pros: friendly staff, great food
Cons: long waits, parking is horrid
