Review content:
I was disappointed by the attitude of both the staff and owner really overdid the hard sell. The spa is also expensive and quite cramped and uncomfortable.. First I had a leg wax in a tiny, cold room in which the bed was so short that my legs were hanging off it. I wasn't given a robe or towel to cover myself. Then, during my facial, which was good, the therapist was a nice lady but was very over enthusiastic about all the other treatments I should book and (expensive) ""special offers"". Afterwards the owner, who was wearing far too much make up and looked quite unhealthy, tried to persuade me to have a make-up consultation from her.I said no and was then bombarded with products from the pricey medical line they carry. When I said I didn't need/want them she seemed annoyed. On the way out, the receptionist tried to book me in for a teeth whitening special offer that I didn't want. It's a shame, because the facial itself was good and if they relaxed and gave their customers a little more space to breathe the whole experience would be so much better.
Pros: good facial
Cons: very pushy, expensive, cramped
