Review content:
Beware of the service department at this company. They perform the minimum when opening pools (only there for an hour). They charged $300 to basically take the cover off the pool and add 4 gallons of shock with 15% available chloride for a 35,000 gallon pool. Even after I said that there is no way that would be sufficient, they did not do anything else. Sure enough, pool is still murky. Next, one of the gaskets was leaking and they did not catch it. Since part of the $300 was supposed to be for insuring that the system was running well, I called back. They did come back out and fix it, but they charged for the gasket. Then, when we asked them why the filter pressure was running high a day after they opened it, they looked at it and without permission cleaned the cartridges and charged my credit card $62. They charged my credit card without consent. I called to discuss this but they were unwilling to rectify it. AVOID THIS VENDOR. I have never been charged on my credit card without giving consent. I would assume that this tendency would be the same throughout all of their services.
