Review content:
Took my shih tzu's there a year ago after my groomer for years moved away. One of my dogs, little and old, was really jumpy and wouldn't let anyone near her afterwards. Then over the weekend, I noticed a big dried bloody area under her neck & chest area (she's black so I didn't see it right away because of her fur). When I cleaned it off, I found a rather large V-shaped cut and two smaller wounds that really would have needed stitches, but by now it was too late. Talked to the Pet Palace owner and denied any problems when the dogs were there. But how could a dog be cut like that and nobody noticed the bleeding??? If they would have been honest about it from the beginning, I could understand that things happen, but they straight up lied about not knowing what happened. And by the way, my dogs are very accustomed to being groomed, and are exceptionally well-behaved during the process as I've been told by my original groomer and the one I use now, so even handling a rowdy dog during grooming was not an issue. Cons: Careless
