If I could leave 0 stars I would!
First off, the hair salon will add treatments to your hair that you tell them you do not want anyway and charge you for them! I was put in this embarrassing situation and I did not complain because I did not want to create a scene and trying to contact customer service was impossible. My experience was a nightmare!
Trying to find someone to help you in cosmetics is a waste of time. They are so busy doing inventory and stocking or applying make-up on themselves they could care less about the customer. I hate this place! The brow bar lady was so nice the first time she did my brows. The next time I came in I obviously did not need my brows done and when I asked her about some mascara she was rude in a very ""bon qui qui"" sort of way. This is the ghetto ulta,.
There is a few girls behind the counter who are kind and professional but they can offer little help on the floor. Spend your money elsewhere.
