My friend was in need of assistance. They told her to come in and she sat for hours filling out all these forms. They said ""YES WE CAN ASSIST YOU"" then they were unable to be reached, they kept putting her off and to make matters worse they then told her they had no funds. She was heartbroken because they assured her that they could and would help her and then they just dropped her! They shouldn't do people like that! It's sad because she needed their help!
