I am brand new to the area and have visited the shop already a hand full of times. I have always been greeted warmly by the employees, however today Sarah felt it neccessary to rudely interrupt the conversation that the cashier and I were having by saying ""It was a mistake so GET OVER IT""... I wish that I could tell my ten year old dog to just ""get over"" the wound that he has on his back because the cone that they sold me was dry rotted. As I explained to this teenage roughneck that my dog sustained injuries she told me, "" Then ya shoulda bought it at the vet."" When I told her she could use some training on professionalism she physically shoed me with her hand and said if I didn't like what she had to say then I could ""get outta her store"".....I just wonder what the person who actually .owns this store will think about this.
