Check out the tax rate and the method of appraisals before buying a condo or townhome there. The tax rate is unfair and their assesments are way out of line with current prices. Restaurant on the premisis:The Boathose is overpriced and the food mediocre. The view is great, but that's it. Go at your own risk and bring plenty of cash.
