I ordered 50 sterling roses as a surprise for my wife?s birthday. When they arrived, the buds were soft and squishy. I followed the care instructions that were provided exactly. The buds were completely open within hours of placing them in water. Within 24 hours, the petals were curled back and the centers were turning brown. By the second day, all 50 roses were shot. I contacted 2dozenroses with my concerns and even provided digital pictures. After 2 weeks I received an email stating that 2dozenroses was committed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and basically hoped I would give them another chance. I have tried to contact them several times through phone and email, but they refuse to respond. I am unable to leave feedback on their website (notice all reviews are glowing), so I am leaving it everywhere I can. I would never use this company again!
Cons: Poor product. No customer service
