Review content:
Was picked up by a tow rep while broken down on the pike. The tow truck driver said he would meet us at Sears in the natick mall. Well we waitied for a half hour inside of sears auto with no sight or word from the tow company. When we called they said his driver was there and waited for 10 minutes. No one including the sears workers ever saw a tow truck and we left the scene before him so there was no way we missed him. When I told the rep that no one ever came they said they could repair the tire at their shop in water town. I told him I had no way out there way and he then asked if I was a regular triple A member. When I told him I was he said I could pay for the milage to drive it back which was over an hour and a half from where we were! I told him to hold onto the car and I would contact a lawyer to resolve this since no one ever brought the car and they are looking to scam me for some extra loot.
