Review content:
This place is very over-rated. The food is only so-so and the prices are outrageous. $24 for a chicken pasta dish that tasted like it came from a can and a $36 steak that was mostly bone and fat (a very poor cut). We were not impressed. If you want a refill on your soda, it's like pulling teeth and you'll pay $2 for a refill... who does that? The service was polite, but slow and lacking in attention. The atmosphere is mellow and the only positve of our visit. This place has potential, but is overpriced and the food and service need a huge improvement to live up to the hype and cost. Maybe that's just how the Newport crowd likes it, but that's not for us. Quiet Women will remain a quiet secret and not recommended. Pros: atmosphere Cons: price, poor food, and slow service
