Review content:
I noticed about 5 or 6 months ago that I had something that looked like sweat between the panes of glass on some of the windows in my home. I initially thought it was just condensation from the air conditioner in my home but quickly realized that it wasn't. I called around to several window companies in the area and most treated me as if I was a nuisance but Glasshoppers was VERY professional in how they handled me. I thought that I was going to have to replace my windows but the guy on the phone told me that it wasn't a big deal and that Glasshoppers could save me a lot of money by simply changing the glass. They sold windows as well and it stuck in my mind that Glasshoppers could have sold me new windows but were honest and saved me about $1200.00 total. They came out the next day and measured everything for the replacement and installed them two days later. The other companies said it would take longer than that to even get the glass, Glasshoppers did everything inside a week. If I ever have any needs in the area of glass again, I will save a bunch of time a call Glasshoppers first.
