Review content:
I went in January for my first laser hair removal treatment after buying a Groupon. The woman told me with blonde hair it might be harder to remove but they had 'other things' they could do. I went back 4 weeks later and was seen by a Registered Nurse who told me she'd never have treated me to begin with. She checked with the Doctor who said since I'd had one treatement they couldn't refund my money but I could either go to Groupon or continue the treatments anyway. I asked if she thought Groupon would refund the money to which she replied ""I don't know, I don't work for them I work for Bella Derma"". Ok. As she ushered me out the door she said ""Next time you might want to check the fine print!"" Well that time it really didn't set right with me so I went onto the Groupon as well as Bella Derma's own site. Sure enough, no warnings about hair color. I did get my money back but I am suspicious about her attitude. Felt to me as if I were being pushed to continue treatments that wouldn't work. I was not pleased with the 'it's not my fault' attitude I got. Not sure if this service would work for dark haired people or not. I would agree with the review above and beware.
