I placed an order for Moon Valley Rustic Furniture for a bedroom furniture late September with a ship date projected for late October and delivery no later than November 3rd. As of November 8th I have not received the furniture and been unable to contact Moon Valley via telephone. Their incoming phone lines have not been functional. They have acknowledged an initial email I forwarded inquiring of an updated schedule but they have not responded to my request(s) for updated timing for shipment of the order.
I would have to rate their Customer Service and ability to deliver as not Customer Friendly. So far . . . a bad experience ! ! !
