Review content:
They could not make it more difficult to get a haircut. To start with there is really only one person at this location that is competent and they seem to make it as difficult as possible to see that person. I was trying to get in on a Thursday afternoon and told by the highly intelligent person on the phone that Thursday would not be possible. However, I was told, if I come at 9am on Friday the person could take me first thing. I asked if they need to take my name and put me on the schedule and the highly intelligent person said ""oh no, that's not necessary."" Friday 9am, I arrive for my haircut. ""Sorry, the person you want to cut your hair will not be in until 10am"" says the rocket scientist. Every time I go there it is just perpetual confusion. Another time I was waiting for my barber, with my name on their schedule, when I noticed the person was no longer in the shop. When I inquired I was told, ""we didn't realize you were waiting on that person."" It should not be that hard to get a haircut. I am done with this place.
