Review content:
This company has a solid overall management strategy as I stated in the headline. They understand the rental market of this city and have well designed processes that make sense. I transferred five properties to the firm three years ago, all of which contain section 8 tenants which can be very challenging. Connected knows the section 8 nuances and has consistently been able to find decent tenants in a short time frame. I must admit they have made a nice impact to the income of my portfolio and have decreased my delinquency rates. The key is that they are very diligent in their processes such as rent collection. I should also mention that their operations team have been excellent in their communication with myself and the tenants.
Pros: Solid overall management strategy, fantastic customer service and communication, fill vacancies extremely fast
Cons: I would always like to see lower pricing though they are on the lower end, no service in suburbs
