Review content:
We just moved back to the area and need to get our dog groomed. The 2 places we wanted to use were booked so we tried Willowbrook. I will NEVER take my dog back there again. First, she is very easy to groom, they usually just use clippers on her and then trim her tail. Where they used the clippers is completely uneven. In some spots they trimmed her to the skin and in other spots it looks like she hasn't been trimmed at all. Before we took her to Willowbrook everyone would comment on how beautiful her fluffy tail was. I told them she only needed a trim and they cut the 4 so inches of hair off of her tail with clippers. Her tail is actually cut shorter then the rest of her coat. Our dog is a shelter dog and she actually looked better when we got her from the shelter. Then to add insult to injury, whenever I have picked her up from the groomers in the past they are a few loose hairs but they have cleaned her up. When I picked her up this time I pulled handfuls of hair off of her after we got home. I immediately had to clean out the inside of my car. I have never been so disappointed in a groomer and really wish I would have just taken her to petsmart.
